MICK JAGGER Los Angeles 1978
When I was showing Mick the material from our first shoot (at his rented home in Hancock Park), he would look at each shot and mutter, “He’s OK” (didn’t like) “She’s Lovely” (he liked). At one point, his young daughter Jade entered in tears. “Girls can’t do anything!” she cried. The stereo system in the library was on a high shelf and she couldn’t reach it. Mick picked her up, carried her back into the library, and held her in such a way that she could finally get to the controls, and gently saying to her, “Girls can do everything…. But sometimes they just need a little help from their daddies.”
